I am a native of Connellsville and graduated
from Connellsville High School. I have an A.A. in Biology, an A.A.S. in
Culinary Arts, and an A.A.S. in Baking and Pastry from Westmoreland County
Community College, a B.A. in Economics from Washington and Jefferson College,
a B.S. in Biology from California University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in
Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, a M.S. in Taxation from
Robert Morris College, a M.L.S. in Liberal Studies from Duquesne University
and a Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law. I have
been licensed in Pennsylvania as a Certified Public Accountant since 1975
and as an attorney since 1981. I worked as an accountant to put myself
through school and received all my degrees after the first one by going
to school at night while I worked during the day. I am admitted to practice
before all the state courts in Pennsylvania including the Supreme Court,
all the state courts in West Virginia including the Supreme Court of Appeals,
the Western Federal District Court in Pennsylvania and both the Northern
and Southern Federal District Courts in West Virginia, the United States
Court of Claims, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court
of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
I am an arbitrator in the United States District Court for the Western
District of Pennsylvania. I serve as assistant Fayette County Solicitor
and solicitor for the Bullskin Township/Connellsville Township Joint Sewer
Authority. I am the Controller of the City of Uniontown.. |
